We have stayed at Microtels in other cities but this one exceeded my expectations. It is located near the Army War College and there were military personnel staying in the hotel. I believe that explains how nice and clean the hotel was. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was better than most other hotels with free breakfast. I would stay there again. Carlisle is a nice and well-kept town. We went to the Red Robin for dinner and I was amazed how well the grounds are kept throughout the city.

Hotel seems relatively new. Had coffee and some snacks available 24/7. Had some breakfast items available earlier than stated hours for those of us who had to leave early. Staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel was near a highway, it was very quiet. Convenient location with lots of dining options nearby.

We stayed here last year and have booked this hotel again for our trip home this year. The hotel is very nicely designed, is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It's also very convenient to the I-81 and off the main road so it is very quiet for sleeping. Several restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The breakfast is ok and had lots of options including milk alternatives for coffee or cereal. They served sausage, grits, and hash browns, oatmeal , fruit, bagels and toast. They also have fruit (apples, bananas) and mints or chocolates in the reception area.

Property was convenient, well-maintained and well-lighted. The staff was exceptional!! They were friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and check-in very easy. I was also offered refreshments and snacks upon arrival. Room was clean, quiet and well-appointed. Lots of little touches that made a big difference in quality of stay. Really appreciated the surprise welcome bag. Breakfast was very good and had many choices. Pleasantly surprised at the large bowl of delicious fresh cherries.

Really enjoyed my short stay here. I was only there for one evening and I got in late from a long day of driving. The bed was very comfortable, the room was big and spacious, and breakfast was included. The man at the front desk was absolutely lovely. He really seemed to enjoy his work and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable which made my stay all the more memorable unfortunately, I do not remember his name. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for a night only with a big group. The hotel’s beautiful from the outside and location is secluded in a peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is also close to other stores if you need food or need to run a quick errand. The hotel has breakfast included with the stay. They also have bowls of fruit in the lobby that guests can take without charge. The room was nice and hotel provided us with a crib. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

On-line, they mentioned an included "fabulous" breakfast. It truly was. Scrambled eggs, large sausage (more like kielbasa than typical breakfast sausage), separate sautéed onions and peppers, and hash browns along with more typical waffle, cereals, yogourt, bagels, etc. I list the food because sometimes I've seen "hot breakfast" to mean food-service packaged egg patties. Their breakfast was far better than I expected—restaurant quality. The employee preparing the food kept the containers filled and the area clean.
